charmed stay
helpful staff convenient location early check-in peacefulness
the front desk staff like chris were so helpful. early check-in was really nice. the hotel is in a convenient location near shops and restaurants. i appreciated the park and playground across the street, it added to the peacefulness.
the hotel room had no fridge so i had to call down every time i needed ice

The standard queen room had a really comfortable bed. there was a functional desk for working. the parquet floor and clean structure added to the comfort. Overall it was a pleasing space.

the hotel is just a short walk from bedford avenue. this avenue has shops, cafes, and restaurants. the hotel's location allowed an easy exploration of the local area. the neighborhood felt safe to walk in.

the staff was very friendly. i appreciated the super clean and clean room upon arrival. the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

ample storage complimentary tea
the room had a normal shape, so it was easy to move around (which i appreciate). there was also a closet for storage. the complimentary tea and coffee were available with some snacks in reception.
the deadbolt to my room did not lock properly, which raised some security concerns.
